Group Visits
We welcome group and school visits to the Demuth Museum and Lancaster Museum of Art! Groups may choose to visit one or both of the museums. The museums are approximately two blocks apart in downtown Lancaster. If you are planning a visit to one museum, consider checking out both museums while you are in town!
Group Visit Guidelines
Please provide notice at least two weeks in advance to Abby Saurbaugh at asaurbaugh@demuth.org or 717.299.9940, or fill out the request form below.
Wednesdays are preferred, as the museums are closed to the public. We have flexibility on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Visits may be scheduled for current or future exhibitions. View our exhibition calendars for the Demuth Museum and Lancaster Museum of Art to plan your visit.
For groups of 10 or more, we suggest a discounted donation of $3 per person. Free admission is available for students from Title I schools.
Group size may be limited depending on location and exhibition.
