The Demuth Museum exists to promote the work of Charles Demuth, maintain his home as a museum and art gallery, and to preserve the adjacent 18th century buildings that belonged to the Demuth family for five generations.
As you learn more about this interesting artist you may find yourself wanting to visit his home and gardens in Lancaster Pennsylvania, the source for many of his artistic inspirations. |
